Yaqeen for Consulting and Auditing (YCA) established by Husni Ibrahim Rabaiah _CPA , and  started its activities in 2010 in Jenin city. YCA provides to its customers many services such as management consulting in evaluation of the financial accounting systems and the accounting procedures, auditing of financial statements, auditing of internal controls, reviewing the accounts and the contracts, internal auditing, managing the accounting systems, income tax services, VAT services, water and electricity tariff studies, and other consulting services. YCA focuses on providing usefulness services to its customers in the public sectors such as municipalities,joint services councils, associations, clubs and other semi-governmental and non-profit organizations. YCA has qualified working teams in accounting, auditing, financing, and taxes of the individuals and companies.
